Pan Extenders

Pan Extenders, by MFG Tray Co., are designed to provide straight sides and insulate the edge of your product from over baking, eliminate trimming losses, and produce even height, color and texture over the entire surface of the product. Using pan extenders makes every piece look like a center cut. In addition to sheet cakes, pan extenders are used to bake brownies, biscuits, cheese cake, corn bread, fruit cake, pound cake, loaf bread, sweet rolls and cinnamon rolls. Pan Extenders can be made to fit any size pan.
