The Batter Boy by Belshaw
Belshaw’s Type G ‘BATTER BOY’ is the ideal choice for
accurately depositing cupcake batter. The gallon-size
Batter Boy holds 10 lbs (4.5 kg), equivalent to eighty
2-ounce cupcakes. Belshaw’s leakproof plunger
mechanism provides accurate portion control at a variety
of sizes, from mini to extra large.
The depositor is designed to be mastered by the novice
in minutes. Operation is easily accomplished with minimal
waste, and consistent deposits are easily delivered time
after time. In ten minutes, about 20 dozen (and often more)
deposits can be made.
Each depositor has 8 calibrated volume settings located
on the comfortably shaped handle, giving a weight range
from ½ oz to 3 oz (15g to 85g).
Each hopper is constructed of aluminum to reduce weight;
each plunger and cylinder is constructed of stainless steel
to assure durability. The entire unit is corrosion resistant
and easy to clean.
