Guaranteed to suit your needs: the MIWE condo is available in seven different base measurements and up to five baking chambers in three height options. On top of that, available with an optional double baking chamber (for types 0608 and 0806). It makes every wish come true. And best of all: any combination with the same base measurements can be retrofitted or converted.
The inside of the oven doors can be reversed in a few simple steps, bringing them into an optimal position for cleaning. This also prevents detergent from dripping onto the stove.

It makes baking results impervious to the fluctuating weather conditions and current air pressure, ensuring a significant improvement in consistency. This also contributes to improved baking results for many baked goods in general. Bread rolls, for example, benefit from a better shine and beautiful bloom.

The decks of the MIWE condo are equipped with robust stone plates. That has not only thermal advantages – the bread you bake in this oven can be advertised and sold as genuine “stone-oven bread”.
Takes the work away: The optional integrated loader
Life can be so easy: One person and one easy step is all it takes to load and unload entire stoves (even high ones) with the help of the integrated loader.The extractor can be positioned at an ergonomic working height for the job.
The loader is stowed away overhead – well out of the way. There is nothing blocking the front of the oven, either during cleaning or baking. For servicing purposes, the oven is able to be moved forward.
Its system is purely mechanical (with counterweights in the columns), the ultimate in simple and robust design. Positioned precisely in front of each deck. Doors can be opened manually or per handle at the unloading unit. Available for nearly all types and configurations of the MIWE condo (single or double width).
