Suited to a variety of mixtures of numerous textures and consistencies, the Erika Record Formatic cookie depositor uses synchronized paddles to gently press mixture into the required form shape. Assisted by the wire drum scraper, the formed product is then smoothly ejected onto the conveyor, presenting it for packaging or additional processing. The Formatic drum provides the food processor with the flexibility to produce multiple product lines quickly and easily. We tailor every drum to our customers’ unique design requirements, and with the ability to produce virtually any two dimensional shape, the product possibilities offered are endless. A combination of different drum surface finishes and paddle configurations ensure the Formatic’s success in a host of food processing industries.
The Formatic is a wire-release cookie machine, capable of processing doughs with large inclusions. Their unique drum system also facilitates producing cookies with a variety of different shapes. This includes the ability to produce custom drums to your specifications.
The Formatic also has a variable production speed that depends on the cookie machine’s drum and amount of shapes on the forming drum. The standard production space of the drum is up to 4.25″ in diameter with custom shapes available upon request
