Terms, Conditions & Warranties

Terms:
Credit terms of Net 10 Days may be offered for well qualified customers on many items. For first time customers we accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express as pre-payment options.

Shipping:
Small packages will be sent on UPS. Larger shipments will be sent on a truck. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for all freight and handling charges. Freight charges will be shown as a separate line item on the invoice. If you would prefer to have items ship freight collect, please indicate that on your purchase order.

There will be a $1.50 per box handling charge for all small packages and a $25.00 per pallet handling charge on all LTL shipments.

Returns:
No item may be returned with out prior return authorization. You may call 800-896-3706 or email info@strattonsales.com to receive a return authorization number. All items must be returned in a new saleable condition within 30 days after the initial order was shipped. There will be no return on electrical items.

The warranty for some parts may be covered under the manufacturers warranty. If this is the case you may be directed to work directly with the manufacturer to receive exchanged parts.

All return shipments must be sent freight pre-paid unless prior arrangements have been made. COD shipments will not be accepted.

Warranty:
All warranty claims will be handled by the equipment manufacturer according to their terms and conditions. Stratton Sales does not offer any warranty unless special arrangements have been made in writing.

Warranty parts will be sent pre-paid on ground freight only. Requested air freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

There will be no warranty or returns on electrical parts.
