BevLes PICA70-32-A Mobile Proofer
The BevLes PICA70-32-A mobile proofing cabinet is ideal for all bakery products. From donuts to pan bread this mobile proofer will keep up with any demanding schedule. The primary features that make this proofer effective is the "Cast-In" humidity system that prevents humidity element burnout. The Lexan door is standard with full viewing capability or in the optional dutch door variety. The Dutch Door option helps reduce heat and humidity loss when the door is opened.

The heat and humidity module is removable for cleaning and is standard with separate heat and humidity controls. The temperature is adjustable from 60 degrees - 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

The self draining feature collects excess water in the bottom of the proofer and channels it below the proofer base into a standard 18" x 26" bun pan.
