Rondo CUTOMAT Reversible Sheeter
You sheet the dough gently to the set final thickness. The dough band rests on the right hand table and can relax. You switch to cutting speed and the Rondomat-Cutomat becomes a cutting conveyer as both belts run at exactly the same speed. The dough band is slowly transferred to the cutting station. Now you lower the cutting rollers. Perfectly shaped products are cut. For all product types, individual cutting knives are available.

Control of the cutting functions are made from the operating side of the machine. The cutting pressure can be adjusted individually by a ratchet system. Counter pressure rollers under the belt ensure positive cutting with minimum pressure, increasing belt life.

Rondomat-Cutomat is sturdily built and is available with a painted or stainless steel base. It has smooth surfaces and practically no visible screws. All this, together with the proven scraper system makes cleaning easy and fast.
