Oliver 619 Hydraulic dough divider
The semi-automatic Oliver 619 hydraulic dough divider is the perfect machine for bakeries that want to automate bread loaf scaling. The stainless steel cutting blades with the anti-adherent food grade plastic helps prevent dough sticking in the hopper, and the need of oiling the dough before use. The Oliver 619 hydraulic dough divider is available in three models for different scaling ranges.
The vented hopper will let dough gases escape if dough is left in the chamber. This prevents the dough from expanding and posing a danger to inexperienced operators. The hydraulic operation helps reduce noise and vibration.
For bakeries that produce up to 3,000 loaves per day.

- Oliver 619-16 - divides 16 parts - 10.5 oz – 45 oz
- Oliver 619-20 - divides 20 parts - 8.5 oz – 36 oz
- Oliver 619-24 - divides 24 parts - 7 oz – 30 oz
The approximate dough capacity for the dividing chamber is 10 ½ lbs – 45 lbs.
