Belshaw Filter Flo Siphon
The Belshaw Filter-Flo removes and filters shortening if your location has no room for a built-in drain, or if your fryer has no built-in drain. You'll need a container to hold the filtered shortening, and to pour it back into the fryer. Simple and effective.
