Baxter OV500 Double Rack Oven
The Baxter OV500 Double Rotating Rack Oven produces the quality bake expected from a Baxter oven, while utilizing the added advantage of lower operating costs associated with gas heat. This 72" W x 62" D model will hold one double oven rack or two single oven racks in side load or end load configurations. Available in natural gas or propane to meet your needs.

Capacity:

• Holds up to 48 bun pans (depending on spacing).
