Adamatic AMDO-3 Deck Oven
The Adamatic AMDO-3 modular deck oven offers the high quality, reliable bake we expect from Europe. Made in England, the fully modular insulated deck design allows the baker to bake different products at different temperatures at the same time. The deck oven will accommodate up to 3 full size bun pans wide and can have up to 4 stacked decks mounted to a sturdy stainless steel mobile frame.

The patented self contained steam system quickly produces full steam capabilities. The baking hearth features a solid single piece hearth fro each deck. The double glazed full width and height viewing windows provide excellent product visibility for theatre baking.

The digital control panel offers an energy saving "sleep mode" to save money. It also features a 7 day automatic start feature, interior lights, upper and lower heat controls and temperature, bake and steam timers.
