Wiesheu EDO-3-128 Deck Oven
The WIESHEU modular deck oven provides a high quality German engineered oven at competitive prices. The modular design allows the oven to be ordered with up to 4 decks. And additional decks can be added as production grows.
The Wiesheu deck oven features a digital control panel for exact temperature setting and display. The oven heat intensity can be adjusted from the control panel to allow the baker precise deck temperature. Each oven deck is operated independent of the other decks. This allows the bakers to bake several different items at different temperatures and different bake times.
The high volume steam system and thick baking hearth comes standard with each deck. This is the perfect choice for bakeries or restaurants that want to add true European quality artisan breads to their menu. The clear view oven doors are ideal for display baking.
