The Oliver 690 Bakery convection oven is perfect for bakery operations where space is an issue. The convection oven features a computerized oven control panel that features 40 programmable stored product recipes. The air flow grid promotes fluid air movement for a perfect, even bake every time.
The standard factory installed steam system will provide intense steam for products like bagels, European bread and rolls. The twin reversing fans will ensure even heat distribution throughout the baking chamber.
The bake timer will automatically stop when the door is opened so there is no need to worry about resetting or re-calculating the remaining time left.
The computer control panel offers back up manual system in case of computer failure.
The Oliver bakery convection oven is available in 6 or 8 pan configurations.
